- Well established business relations with the commercial banks in the country;
- Support in opening residential/non-residential company/individual bank accounts;
- Preliminary preparation and sending documents for approval to commercial banks;
- Support in applying for company/individual loans;
- Undertaking negotiations aiming restructuring/rescheduling of non-performing loans;
- Consulting on possibilities for participation in tenders for acquisition of non-performing loans;
- Consulting on options for investment on distressed assets.
